Models in all three series are single story homes featuring a kitchen, living or great room, two to five bedrooms and 1-1/2 to three bathrooms. They range in size from 960 to 2808 square feet. BayPointe Select series single family homes and Riviera series end loaded homes also include a handsome front porch. Most models in all three series also include an eat-in kitchen or formal dining room and a utility room.

Elegant features such as walk in or his and her closets in the mater bedroom and separate showers and soaker tubs in the master bath are found in many larger models. The more spacious models also frequently include family rooms and parent retreats.
